Thanks again for visiting my website. My name is Anthony Borchardt I am a native to Saint Louis Mo. I am a student and teacher of the ceramic arts. Currently I teach at a local community college. In 2002 I graduated with M.F.A from Fontbonne University. I continue to create work at a steady pace and I am beginning 2010 with both feet running. Look for me at upcoming art and fine craft fairs later this summer. I currently have pieces on display at Krueger Pottery in Webster Groves, Mo and Ayers Art Gallery in Hannibal Mo. Well well well.. I'm nearing the end of my spring shows. It has been great and I cant thank everyone enough for their support. I have learned a lot this spring and am excited about my upcoming fall. The month of July will be spent in the studio making a ton of items. Especially teapots!!! But for those of you who know the PUMPKINS are in process. Look for my cariacature pumpkins for fall starting at the Festival of the Little Hills in August. I will also be rolling out some new items like olive-oil / liqour bottles, new sized cups, and mammoth goblets !!!!! Ive also been asked to make a lot of different sized bowls so expect to see many bowls of various sizes.
